WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A JRD TRANSFORMATION FEATURE?

- Your story must include jumping rope and Jump Rope Dudes workouts as part of your transformation.Â
- There needs to be a clear difference between your before and after photos indicating a change in physical composition.
- Include your total weight lost, and other wins like going off of medications or having more energy to play with your kids — the good stuff!

THE JRD ATHLETE CORE BELIEFS
Dan’s fitness routine is designed to stay lean and at a high performance level year-round. Not saying everyone has to do the same regime, but this gives you an idea of what the JRD Athlete lifestyle and philosophy is about:
- Focus on training for life — i.e. improved athletic performance in other activities like dancing, hunting, surfing, basketball, from hobbies to daily life.Â
- Simplicity = Better consistency when it comes to fitness, which equates to better results.
- Workouts include jump rope + calisthenics training:Â
- 30—40 Min jump rope HIIT workouts 5-6X per week
- Bodyweight exercises to build muscle (100 pushups, 50 pullups 2-3x per week)
- Walk, hike, surf, bike — be active!Â
- Sleep 7-8 hours a night
About Nutrition:
- Drink 90-120oz water daily
- Alcohol is fine in moderation but keep it limitedÂ
- Fats, carbs, and protein are all important (common sense eating)
- Intermittent fasting most days, e.g. 16 hours fasting/8 hour eating window
- Count calories until you don’t need to
