Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days has elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
For all returns please click the link below and follow the steps to print off a return label and ship back.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange your items as long as the merchandises is new, unworn, and purchased within the past 30 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the item received and the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
*If the item is returned for any reason other than defective or damaged, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Packages may take 7-10 business days or more depending on customs to reach its final destination. All orders shipped to international locations are subject to the respective country’s tariffs and taxes and buyer assumes all responsibility for those charges.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
