This is our official announcement that we are no longer Zen Dude Fitness.
We are… THE JUMP ROPE DUDES!
First off, thank you so much for your support during this transitional phase.
We didn’t really know what to expect from the community when we decided to change our name from Zen Dude Fitness to the Jump Rope Dudes, but the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive.
Like we mentioned in our previous article on changing our name – the goal of this transition was and is to help impact more lives by taking jump rope fitness mainstream.
To take jump rope fitness mainstream we knew that our branding and messaging had to be congruent and easy to understand.
Jump Rope Dudes = very easy to understand 🙂
Anyhow, nothing has changed in regards to the core content we will be producing.
Our goal is (and has always been) to create the most high quality and entertaining jump rope fitness content in the world. Our greatest wish is that you will take this content and use it to get lean and live a more badass life.
We noticed that a common theme in fitness communities is that they put the exercise modality or tool in front of what everyone really wants – the body, health and freedom!
This Fitness Community
This fitness community is going to be very counter culture. We want you to #dothething everyday, so you get the physical results you want and have the freedom to spend the rest of your time doing things you love.
The fitness tool (in our case jump rope) is not to be worshipped.
It’s all about getting what YOU want out of your exercise regimen.
If you love jump rope and want to practice all day long – awesome!
If you jump rope, because you know it’s the most efficient way to burn calories and just want to get your workout finished in the least amount of time possible – awesome!
This community is about self expression.
As long as you are bringing positive vibes – we support you in expressing yourself in anyway you choose.
