Each week we feature someone from our community who has undergone an awesome transformation by jumping rope and dialing in their nutrition. These people have committed themselves to follow the Jump Rope Dude principles and have seen amazing results. This week we’re going to share with you, an awesome transformation story from one of the badass females in our community – Chris.
Chris is someone who always felt ‘meh’ about exercise (her words not ours.) She, like a lot of men and women out there, tried weight lifting and classes at her gym, but was never really into it. Working out was always a boring chore for Chris and because of this her weight yo-yo’d up and down for years.
That is… until she picked up a jump rope. Lucky for us Chris found us on YouTube , joined our free 4-week challenge and actually started to enjoy exercising!. So much so that she is now jumping rope 5-6x/week and has lost more than 30 pounds in the last 10 months. Not to mention she can do the first full push ups of her life!
How Chris Did It
Chris first discovered jump rope when her friend gave her one as a present (#bestfriendever.) She decided to give it a try and so she hopped online and found our beginner jump rope videos and started to learn the proper technique and basic jump rope skills. As we mentioned, after a little bit of training through our youtube videos she progressed onto our free 4-week challenge and that experience was the kick in the pants that changed everything for her. Since the program stacks days of workouts together, she started to gain momentum and was actually having fun exercising! She was enjoying herself so she stuck with the process, completed the challenge and got amazing results.
How You Can Do The Thing Too
To get results like Chris did, you should workout 5 to 6 days a week for just 30 minutes a day. Chris also was extremely successful because she dialed in her nutrition.
