Earlier this year, we posted a transformation giveaway video where we asked everybody in our community to share their incredible jump rope transformation stories. We heard from so many of you sharing the struggles and successes you experienced using our program. We received so many amazing submissions and picked a handful of our favorites to share with you.This week we are going to feature Aaron’s incredible body transformation story.
Aaron’s story is much like many people’s stories that we hear. He signed up for a gym last year and started hitting the treadmill and elliptical everyday for an hour. Then he got bored, burned out and quit because he didn’t like the exercise he was doing. His story is extremely relatable, because we all know how easy it is to get bored with workout programs that aren’t fun.
Fortunately, he was browsing YouTube and found our Jump Rope Dudes channel. He checked out a few of our videos and gave our regimen a shot. Just 6 months later he is down 27 pounds of body fat and has fully embraced the JRD mantra: DO THE THING!
How Aaron Did The Thing
After finding our YouTube Channel, Aaron plugged in and started following our jump rope programs like the Shredded Ninja Workout Plan and the Swole Samurai Workout Plan. He started eating the right amount of food for his body and started to jump rope consistently.
He took on the mantra – Do the thing – and applied it to his fitness and his life. The coolest thing he shared with us is that he now feels empowered and he doesn’t want to just do the thing for himself, he actually plans to become a personal trainer so he can teach other people how to jump rope as well.
How You Can Do the Thing Like Aaron
We get how relatable Aaron’s story about getting discouraged with fitness is, but his success can also be replicated. All you’ve gotta do is commit to start moving your body in ways you enjoy and eat the right amount of food.
