Our personal transformations inspired us to start teaching jump rope fitness throughout the world. After a short three years in business, we have helped hundreds of thousands of people lose weight and get their life back by jumping rope. Brandon's Story


In 2010, at the end of my college football career I was almost 250 pounds and borderline hypertensive. I knew I needed to drop the extra weight, so I began to study and master my nutrition. 6 months later I was down to 200 pounds and had visible abs for the first time in my life.

In 2014, I met Dan, and he convinced me to start jumping rope to add some more fun to my workouts. When I first started, I could only jump rope for 30 seconds straight. After a few months of practicing daily, I was able to do 30-minute workouts. In 2015, We started Jump Rope Dudes with the intention of making weight loss fun and accessible to everyone in the world by teaching jump rope!

Present day - I have transitioned to doing mostly jump rope and bodyweight workouts. With my jump rope ninja routine, I now weigh around 185 pounds and enjoy the process of staying lean and healthy.

Dan's Story


In 2013 I was working a demanding corporate job in New York City involving lots of travel. Despite my best efforts, I wasn’t able to achieve the lean, cut physique I wanted. I hated running and spending hours in a gym. After a buddy told me about the power of jump rope, I picked one up and lost 70 lbs. Jump rope had changed my life, and I wanted to help other busy, everyday people do the same. 

Shortly after meeting Brandon in Austin, TX in 2014, we realized we had a tremendous opportunity to impact the world through making fitness fun and accessible to everyone. So... we sold all our stuff and moved to Medellin, Colombia for the perfect shooting weather and low cost of living. We published our very first Jump Rope Workout video to YouTube on October 15, 2015. Jump Rope Dudes was born.
